Licenties en dankbetuigingen

Alle spellen op CalmPlay zijn door onszelf gebouwd: Sudoku, 2048, Klondike patience, Mijnenveger en de schaakinterface zijn voor deze website vanaf de basis geschreven, inclusief alle vormgeving zoals kaarten, stukken, symbolen en het logo. De onderliggende spelideeën behoren tot het publieke domein.

2048 — dankbetuiging. Het spelconcept van 2048 is in 2014 gemaakt door Gabriele Cirulli, die zijn oorspronkelijke versie onder de MIT-licentie uitbracht (github.com/gabrielecirulli/2048). Onze versie is een zelfstandige herimplementatie zonder overgenomen broncode; uit respect voor het idee vermelden wij het origineel. Het oorspronkelijke 2048 is als volgt gelicentieerd:

Schaakengine: Stockfish (GPL-3.0)

De computertegenstander bij schaken is Stockfish, een vrije open-source schaakengine. Wij leveren de ongewijzigde, single-threaded “lite” WebAssembly-build uit het npm-pakket stockfish@18.0.8 (upstreamproject: github.com/nmrugg/stockfish.js, de WASM-port van het officiële Stockfish):

Stockfish valt onder de GNU General Public License v3.0. De volledige, ongewijzigde licentietekst wordt met deze site geleverd: COPYING.txt. De engine draait als afzonderlijk programma in een geïsoleerde Web Worker en communiceert uitsluitend via het UCI-tekstprotocol.

Bijbehorende broncode. De volledige broncode van precies de build die wij verspreiden, is blijvend beschikbaar op het volgende adres, vastgezet op de exacte ontwikkelversie:
